    Bank made a mistake on a transfer, when I called in the branch for help they told me to contact Chase customer service. After spending over 1 hour on the phone with customer support, they're brilliant solution was to take up the issue with the branch who handled the transfer. Called the branch again, was told Banker woukd call me back. Called again before they closed and never heard back. Not sure if it's the abundance of ignorance or shortage of literacy at this place, but I can assure you they've got a grip on poor customer service.
